  • "Occupancy certificates are issued by the agencies and authorities of local government, which declares that the building is constructed as per the plans that were approved by the concerned authorities. Occupancy certificate is issued when a property is ready to be occupied."

    • 2. Structural Stability Certificate (SSC)
    • 3. Site Inspection Report along with sketch (with details like: Drain/Valley/Hill/HT Line/Lake/ Water body/Foot track/Cart track/ Existing Public Road/Master Plan Road /Storm Water Drain etc., and whether Existing buildings constructed are as per approved plan (if any)
